Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Podcast Sales Strategy & Solutions (PS3) to own key podcast ad operations across The Ringer portfolio, connecting sales with content, talent, and operations and keeping approvals and booking workflows moving.

You will manage The Ringer Podcast Booking Calendar, coordinate show launches, and translate formats and advertising products into actionable plans while supporting the sales team with timelines and blockers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in media operations, advertising operations, sales support, program management, or another coordination-heavy environment.
• Ability to partner with sales teams and translate needs into operational steps.
• Knowledge of content-advertising relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple open requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own Integrated Solutions approvals and vetting across The Ringer podcast portfolio.
• Maintain a clear view of approvals across formats and shows.
• Partner with sales teams on approval timelines, show availability, and booking logistics.
• Translate formats, processes, and ad products into clear operational plans.
• Manage The Ringer Podcast Booking Calendar and editorial updates.
• Coordinate PS3 workstream for new show launches and go-to-market readiness.
• Support new ad format rollouts and maintain sales enablement materials.
• Identify discrepancies using campaign and revenue data and improve operations.
