Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the RAM program, manage costs and revenue, and ensure successful execution from initiation through closeout. This role includes direct customer interaction and leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical systems.

The position emphasizes roadmap participation, alignment with customer requirements and Agile processes, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project management across large-scale multi-team projects.
• Leadership of diverse teams across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience with budget planning and revenue drivers.
• Strong verbal and written communication to executives.
• US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in Agile development env. (Scrum, PI planning, backlog refinement).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution with RAM leadership to meet objectives.
• Lead a large team delivering mission-critical systems for the customer.
• Participate in roadmap discussions and translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead program status meetings covering finance, staffing, invoicing and more.
• Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with Agile team and senior engineers for cohesive planning and delivery.
