The State of Maryland’s Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services seeks a Program Manager II to provide strategic vision and executive oversight for the IID Support Services Unit. This role directs administrative, operational, and technical support functions, ensuring legal compliance and data integrity across the division.

Responsibilities include personnel leadership, policy development, audits, and data analytics, coordinating with state and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience managing law enforcement support services staff.

Responsibilities

• Strategic vision and executive oversight for IID Support Services Unit.
• Direct administrative, operational, and technical support functions for IID.
• Share information with DPSCS leadership and other state/federal agency leaders.
