PCI Productions is seeking a Program Manager for an upcoming contract in the Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia area. This role is pending award and funding.

The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day contract management, coordinate personnel, and ensure delivery of peer review support services and IT delivery, while reporting progress to government stakeholders and maintaining communications across the contract team.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience including 10 years in program and project management.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience managing government stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrates significant written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day management of the overall contract, contract personnel, and/or significant studies and evaluations of unusual complexity.
• Responsible for delivery of peer review support services and information technology delivery.
• Reports to government stakeholders about progress.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Establishes and maintains a communications program with government stakeholders.
• Resolves problems identified by government stakeholders.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to maintain and sustain effective and economical results to government stakeholders.
