Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, pilot program management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll analyze expansion performance data, build business cases for new vehicle types or markets, and partner with operations and procurement teams to solve complex scaling challenges. From building a cohesive fleet strategy and evaluating pilot results to developing fleet ecosystem solutions that enable growth, you'll be the critical link ensuring Amazon's fleet expands efficiently to meet customer demand while advancing sustainability goals.
The Fleet Expansion team enables Amazon's last-mile delivery network to scale by developing vehicle strategies, managing pilots, and building fleet ecosystems. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
