Job summary

You will mentor engineers, coordinate across disciplines, and drive programs from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with collaboration across Frisco, Dallas, and Fort Worth offices. LAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect, or CCM preferred.
• Market-specific certifications preferred.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Mentoring younger engineers or coordinating across disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation of strategic and client management plans and informational materials.
• Develop and participate in presentations on project selections and within selected professional development organizations.
• Coordinate the work of engineers, designers/draft persons and sub-consultants throughout the project’s execution.
• Establish and maintain client relations and assist with marketing, contractual development, and design implementation.
• Plan and manage all aspects of the program projects and ensure projects are within budget and on schedule.
• Manage the financial aspects of assigned engineering projects and coordinate workload across the project team.
