Job summary

UnidosUS seeks a Program Manager, Early Childhood, to oversee partnerships between UnidosUS and its Affiliate sites in Early Childhood efforts including programmatic implementation, deepening sector relationships, and supporting an innovative vision to broaden the reach of the UnidosUS Early Childhood Education portfolio.

Location is hybrid with base in Washington, DC or Los Angeles, CA; onsite two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or related field required.
• Experience with curriculum and program development.
• Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and familiarity with the Latino community.

Responsibilities

• Set programmatic goals aligned to UnidosUS’s strategic goals.
• Manage a national portfolio of early childhood education programs.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to program sites to strengthen models and outcomes.
• Develop curricula around priorities including early literacy, dual language learning, and family engagement.
• Deliver training sessions to Affiliate partners for launching programs.
