Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management on DOE/NNSA/DoD contracts.
• Experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, Deltek Costpoint, and scheduling software.
• PM certification preferred; DOE Q clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication; technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of contracts and projects from planning through delivery.
• Maintain client relationships, monitor funding and performance.
• Coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare monthly contract reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new staff; review timesheets and expenses.
• Travel to client sites as needed; work from a home office.
