Job summary
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Program Manager for complex, large-scale initiatives in the United States. The role requires coordinating business, technology, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and measurable business outcomes.
The candidate should bring 8+ years in program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Azure DevOps. PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years total experience; 8–10 years in Program Management.
- Proficient with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps.
- PM certifications preferred (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation to closure.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance, milestones; ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Manage budgeting, resources, governance, and reporting.
- Drive change management and process improvement.
