Job summary

MRM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Email and OLA projects with cross‑functional teams across Account, Creative, Technology, QA, UX/IA, Production, and Performance & Analytics.

You will manage multiple large‑scale launches in a deadline‑driven environment, develop scope documents and schedules, and mentor junior PMs. Omnicom requires in‑office presence at least three days a week, with potential for more days as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.
• 5–8 years total project management experience in operations, digital technology or web development firm.
• 3–5 years PM experience with digital campaigns including site launches, digital experiences, and email and OLA projects.
• Experience in an agency environment, or equivalent client‑side experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet).
• Strong capability with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• PMP or other operational/organizational certification (ITIL, Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Email and OLA projects with cross‑functional teams including Account, Creative, Technology, QA, UX/IA, Production, and Performance & Analytics.
• Responsible for project managing multiple large‑scale launches/programs simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Lead effective meetings with senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
• Develop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional team members, agency partners and vendors.
• Develop, coach and mentor other team members; including Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Liaison between agency partners and production teams leveraging strong written and communication skills.
