Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
• Understanding of billing processes and resolving billing challenges with finance and engineering.
• Strong milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to establish and run an effective rhythm of business for operations and reviews.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities to streamline recurring workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple programs across OCI Metering and Billing with clear ownership and milestones.
• Partner with engineering, product, finance, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and deliver initiatives.
• Own ROB cadences, business reviews, status reporting, and leadership visibility into priorities.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues impacting top strategic customers.
• Design and improve processes including hiring coordination, tracking, and cross‑team execution.
• Influence teams without direct reporting authority and escalate risks when needed.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline recurring operational workflows.
