Job summary

AMHC is seeking a Program Manager of Children’s Case Management to provide system-wide administrative and operational leadership across counties in Maine. The role focuses on delivering family-centered case management services, coordinating care with clinical leaders, and ensuring high-quality, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of five years in behavioral health or case management.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and managerial oversight of children’s case management programs.
• Establish consistent case management practices and quality standards.
• Lead workforce planning, staff development, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate case management operations with agency leadership and other services.
• Develop and monitor program growth and strategic development.

Education
