Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience in a high-tech environment
• Proven track record managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects across multiple internal customers
• Collaborative, consensus-building across departments; escalate issues and trade-offs when needed
• Agency experience preferred; comfortable working with creative personalities
• Strong analytical, digital marketing and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to oversee large-scale programs and communicate deliverables across teams
• Interest or experience with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead communications with internal clients and cross-functional teams to flesh out project scope, objectives, insights, deliverables, and metrics
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and risks to ensure on-time delivery
• Shepherd projects from briefing to delivery including scope, plans, scheduling, resources, reviews, status updates, QA and archiving
• Coordinate with internal partners to set day-to-day workflow expectations and forecast resource needs
• Coordinate with external contractors as needed
