The PM serves as the Government's primary POC
The PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall contract performance
The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include both technical issues and businesses processes
The PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential issues and resource limitation issues
Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification. Selected candidate must be abel to provide certification and/or certification number
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI)
BA/BS or equivalent and minimum of ten years' experience providing DoD project management managing a cross-functional team of professionals in an enterprise environment.
Experience leading a team 150+ personnel on contract activities.
Degree in one of the following fields of study: Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Experience with overseeing and implementing large-scale DoD programs and initiatives
program management experience in rapid acquisition development projects
Five years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
