Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a PI Contract Lead to join its leadership team. The role requires strong knowledge of CCN, FAR Part 3, and False Claims Act, with responsibility for process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance across contracts.

The position supports cross-functional initiatives, consultative activities, and data-driven decision making. Remote work is allowed with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings. Applicants must meet DoD clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Integrity and/or Payment Integrity experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience (ideally in implementing large contracts).
• Must have one of several anti-fraud degrees, designations, or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate contract requirements into business processes and operations.
• Identify gaps and recommend process changes to meet requirements.
• Establish a contract monitoring framework and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis to improve performance.
• Conduct reviews to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
