Job summary

GTSC is seeking a Program Integrator (PI), Level 2, Scheduler, for an active Top Secret/SCI environment in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role focuses on monitoring program health, cross-contract analysis, and producing execution reports to guide funding and scheduling decisions.

The candidate will draft SOWs, PMPs, risk management plans, and acquisition strategies, while supporting government program managers and initiative leads with resource planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, PMP / CFCM / DAWIA II certification or equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. Two extra years may substitute.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government Program Manager (GPM) and initiative leads with resource planning and tracking.
• Prepare and support delivery of presentations for program status reviews.
• Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial and vendor performance reports; liaising with GCMs.
• Develop program-level analyses and recommendations for GPM.
• Utilize Plan-It and MS Excel to document, execute, and report program details for current and out-years.
• Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs with cost estimating and monitoring.
• Produce NSA financial execution reports and acquisition documentation to meet mission needs.
• Prepare point papers and briefing charts to support program decision-making.
• Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
