Job summary

KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division seeks a Senior Program Integrator to support Army Air and Missile Defense programs. The role oversees acquisition management, provides SME input for reviews, and helps Product Managers transition programs through milestones using streamlined Middle Tier Acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in military and acquisition operations.
• Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to Project Office leadership across functional areas.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and performance across portfolios to provide a coherent program status.
• Prepare decision support materials for program reviews and leadership engagements.
• Support synchronization of technical, financial, and acquisition activities across the program.
• Collaborate with senior management, customers, government agencies, regulators or vendors to influence decisions.
