CHAOS Industries seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own forecasting and reporting across funded programs and IRAD projects. You will partner with Program Management, Mission Operations, Business Development, and R&D to maintain visibility of labor, equipment, and costs for competitive pricing and profitability.

You will build financial models, manage forecasts for greenlit work, and support revenue recognition and audits with cost data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program finance, cost accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills; experience with ERP/timekeeping systems.

Responsabilités

• Own financial tracking for funded programs and IRAD projects — labor hours, labor cost/burden, travel, and other direct costs.
• Build budgets and staffing plans before project kickoff, maintaining a shared view of labor and equipment demand.
• Monitor purchase orders and actuals to confirm proper charging and catch mischarges early.
• Validate labor charging with Cost Accounting to ensure accurate rates and cost pools.
• Develop financial models for pricing proposals and estimates-at-completion for revenue recognition.
