Freshness lab, located in Richardson, Texas, is looking for a candidate to closely work with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams. This role involves tracking costs, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of program finance experience along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant program finance experience.
• Background in managing development and labor engineering programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track cost and resource allocation against program budgets.
• Submit reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements.
• Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and PMO staff.
