Job summary

Dignitas Technologies, a By Light company, seeks a senior program financial manager to command Earned Value Management for a large DoD/M&S program in the Orlando area. You will build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule and partner with PM, finance, and accounting.

You will provide timely financial data, track ETC/EAC, monitor subcontractor spend, and support government reporting and PMR materials. Strong background in Deltek Costpoint, IMS/IMP, IPM tools (OPDEC) and CLIN management is

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance or 5+ years with a degree.
• Experience tracking and managing large program financials.
• Manage CLINs and funding/ceiling modifications.
• Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Prior experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Prior experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)/IMP.
• Prior experience with the IPM tool (OPDEC) and IBR.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and up-to-date financial and status data.
• Financial tracking and analysis; assessing financial data to identify trends and concerns.
• Develop and analyze ETCs and EACs.
• Monitor subcontractor financials and material purchases.
• Support the PM in preparing financial reports and government communications.
• Assist in PMR presentations.
• Track percent complete per IMS.
• Maintain WBS per SOW.
• Manage and communicate Charge Numbers, monitor labor charging.
• Assist in cost proposals for submittal to customers.
• Coordinate with finance on Deltek Costpoint data and invoices.
