Georgetown Law’s Center for Innovations in Community Safety (CICS) seeks a Senior Program Associate (SPA) to advance the programmatic activities of CICS. The primary responsibility of the Senior Program Associate is to work collaboratively with CICS staff, faculty directors, University colleagues, and community partners to conceive of, develop, execute, and manage a portfolio of complex projects within one or more of CICS’s priority program areas, which are currently: Community Safety Initiatives, and Democratic Policing. Depending on need, the SPA’s project portfolio may include operational innovations and support, management of relationships with key partners, personnel management, communications, training and facilitation, and/or policy development.
This position reports to the Executive Director of CICS. Will also include close coordination and collaboration with GU/GULC's officers of Financial Affairs, Human Resources, Development, Communications, IST, Events, General Counsel, and the office of Centers & Institutes.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $54,616.00 - $100,493.33 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
