Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 in the Federal service: assisting in evaluating program effectiveness and performing travel, training, or purchasing duties.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-9: evaluating program operations, managing budgets or spend plans, and procuring goods/services under $2 million.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11: evaluating and analyzing program operations to recommend improvements, and providing logistical or administrative oversight such as travel/purchasing requests.
• Experience that includes volunteer service or through National Service programs may be credited as qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, formulate, and defend strategic ESGR program operations.
• Independently analyze program data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee budgets, spend plans, and procurement activities within defined monetary values.
• Coordinate logistics for travel, training, and administrative duties related to the program.
