Job summary

State Bar of California is seeking a full-time Lead Program Analyst to join the JNE team. The role includes guiding staff and volunteers through investigative cycles, ensuring confidential and timely evaluations, and supporting the Governor's office with reports.

Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with tight attention to detail, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while collaborating with internal offices and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and volunteers to support investigative cycles.
• Review and edit reports to Governor’s office.
• Act as lead staff to RJNE and submit letters to COJA.
• Liaise with Governor’s office and external stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for commissioner travel and investigations.
• Supervise and support the JNE program analyst.
