Job summary

FedWriters, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support ITA/I&A with cross-office coordination and program analysis. You will manage data, drive process improvements, and present policy recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in federal program analysis, and strong written/oral communication skills. On-site, with full-time hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with federal program experience.
  • Experience leading cross-unit coordination and briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and consultative support across the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze budget, schedule, and resources; identify risks and mitigation.
  • Coordinate across multiple units and offices on a critical program.
  • Validate program data and prepare materials for senior leadership review.
  • Develop new processes to create efficiencies and support innovation.
  • Communicate policy and recommendations orally and in writing to client offices and leadership.
  • Develop and present reports detailing findings, risks, and solutions.
