Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Program Analyst IV to support the Capability Program Executive for CBRND and Joint Project Manager initiatives. You will provide senior-level analysis, planning, reporting, and decision-support to government leadership and program teams.

Strong Excel skills and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and effectively communicate with technical and senior government personnel.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or above.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, acquisition, or related field.
• 10+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and DoD program management processes.
• Experience supporting senior executive leadership (O-6/GS-15/SES equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level program analysis and management support for CPE CBRND integration activities.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Monitor milestones, schedules, and performance measures; identify issues needing leadership attention.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze program data from multiple sources.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and data-driven recommendations.
