Qualifications

• Ph.D. in chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology or closely related field is required; post-doctoral experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate extensively across VCU, including with the health sciences campus.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and new faculty.
• Lead innovative, application-driven chemistry work integrating AI/ML for societal challenges.
