WSP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our Charlotte, NC office to contribute to the Property and Buildings Team. You will manage mechanical design tasks, coordinate with PMs and senior engineers, and guide projects from concept through completion.
The role requires 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and an Engineer in Training certification, with a strong emphasis on code compliance and collaboration across disciplines.
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our Charlotte, NC office. Be involved in projects with our Property and Buildings Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges.
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment, independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Successfully completes small to medium engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Works closely with the Project Managers (PM) or Senior Engineers for technical review and guidance.

Compensation
Expected Salary (all locations): $100,800- $166,400
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
