Job summary

Toray Advanced Composites is seeking a Production Technician III in Englewood, CO to operate and troubleshoot multiple machines with minimal supervision. You will perform hourly checks, identify defects, and uphold Toray’s quality standards while coaching newer operators.

You will also assist with safety procedures, material handling, and training responsibilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 18–36 months of experience working with composites or production departments.
• Ability to coach and train operators.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Math and basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, run production, catch defects without supervision.
• Support mix areas by preparing mixes with minimal oversight.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production line issues independently.
• Prioritize work and follow the production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Retrieve work orders, pull raw materials from warehouse.
• Oversee safety and housekeeping and train junior staff.
