Essential Job Functions:
- Work in a small team environment to accomplish production objectives
- Monitor inventories, work in process, and prepare raw materials
- Enforce safety standards in all operations
- Record and maintain production documentation
- Ability to follow existing manufacturing processes and instructions but be able to define new process parameters and streamline existing processes as appropriate
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of process equipment and tools
- Produce articles under a set timeline during production
- Troubleshoot various production issues
Education:
Bachelor or Associate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field of study is desired. High school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
A proven track record of successfully performing production tasks with three or more years of manufacturing or laboratory experience is desired.
Knowledge:
Well-balanced technical background with focus on ceramic and other related materials. Detailed knowledge of a wide variety of production/manufacturing processes is desired.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely weigh, mix and move bulk materials and operate manufacturing equipment. Some heavy lifting required.

US citizenship is required.
