TAPCO (Traffic and Parking Control Co., LLC) is seeking a Senior Production Lead II to guide the Production team, optimize workflows, and ensure safety and quality across shifts. You will direct daily operations, participate in hiring, and promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provides daily direction and leadership to the Production team members; makes recommendations for labor needs in assigned areas.
• Monitors team’s productivity; identifies work procedures; prepares work schedules and expedites workflow; studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
• Provides escalation path for work cell teams and communicates daily with Production Supervisor.
• Participates in department hiring and corrective action processes.
• Monitors productivity, safety, quality and delivery goals of assigned work cells.
• Creates and manages a positive team culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
• Oversees the staff's daily performance.
• Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual improvement within the department and the company.
• Promotes a safe work environment and ensures that all employees are following safety rules and regulations.
• Coordinates priorities with Production leadership.
• Follows and enforces all 5S and safety policies.
• Conducts regular 5S, quality, safety and production audits.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
