Salary range is $58,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for career growth within West Michigan's manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Improve production efficiency and meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections.
