CoAspire is a defense manufacturing leader driving precision weapon system assembly in a secure, on-site environment. The Production Supervisor will oversee the final stages of weapon preparation, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality while managing documentation and team performance.

The role requires leading a compliant, high-standards team in a sensitive ordnance setting, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining program integrity through measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production supervision in defense, ammunition, munitions, or explosives environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent DoD experience).
• Strong skills in production scheduling, metrics tracking, and reporting (e.g. Excel, ERP/MRP systems).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain a clearance).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in production/regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day final weapon preparation, assembly, testing and shipping.
• Follow programmatic schedules and monitor resources to align cost, timeline, and technical performance.
• Participate in programmatic reviews and implement process improvements as the program matures.
• Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including audits.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications to track milestones and resolve challenges.
• Provide documentation to support supply chain, contracting, and performance metrics.
