  • Accountability & Fairness: Champion accountability, enforce standards, play fair, and meet conflict with decisive action.
  • Collaboration: Listen to team members and stakeholders, partner with union and management to improve.
You’ll Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
  • Drive the business for manpower, forecasting, mentoring.
  • Cover for the teams when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Must work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
Even Better, You May Have
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology.
  • Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) Experience or equivalent.
  • Union experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an automotive environment.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100–$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
