Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced production leader to oversee a large, high‑volume Albuquerque operation for a major manufacturing division.

This hands‑on role focuses on safety, quality, schedule and productivity while building strong frontline teams. You will lead welding, fabrication, assembly and industrial finishing, work with frontline leaders to solve problems, remove obstacles and keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated manufacturing leadership matters more.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, heavy manufacturing or similar operations.
• Experience managing multiple shifts in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and production in a large-scale environment; oversee safety, quality, schedule and productivity.
• Spend time on the manufacturing floor with frontline leaders to solve problems, remove obstacles and keep production moving.

Our client is a major manufacturer of large, highly engineered products with a strong backlog and long-term production demand.

Its metro Albuquerque NM operation is one of two major manufacturing facilities supporting this division. That creates an opportunity for an experienced production leader to take on a highly visible role in an operation that matters.

This is hands‑on manufacturing leadership.

You'll lead people and production in a large-scale environment involving welding, fabrication, assembly and industrial finishing, with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, productivity and developing the people around you.

You'll spend time where manufacturing happens—working with frontline leaders and employees, solving problems, removing obstacles and keeping production moving safely and effectively.

We're looking for someone who has progressively taken on greater responsibility in manufacturing and understands how to get results through people, not simply manage a schedule.

Experience in welding, fabrication, assembly, heavy manufacturing or similarly complex operations would translate particularly well.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but demonstrated manufacturing leadership matters more.

The operation runs multiple shifts, and opportunities exist for leaders who are comfortable working in a demanding, high-volume manufacturing environment where occasional overtime and weekend coverage are part of the reality.
