Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Production Scheduling Coordinator to lead detailed production schedules and coordinate across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. You will ensure schedules meet delivery commitments and optimize throughput.

The role reports to the Production Manager and is onsite at our Phoenix facility. Candidates should have strong ERP and scheduling software skills, with a track record in manufacturing coordination and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
Strong knowledge of production planning principles and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems to manage production workflows effectively.
Ability to analyze production data and adjust schedules to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely production.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in demand.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
