Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager for Roadrunner to oversee the manufacturing and production lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, program management, growth and leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

This role emphasizes process optimization, cost control, risk management and stakeholder communication, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or a related field.
• 7+ years in operations program management, production or manufacturing, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain and production workflows.
• Experience launching products with tight schedules.
• Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, etc.).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and MS Project; strong scheduling skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Clear communication and leadership to align cross-functional teams.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization - Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency, scalability and cost.
• Budget & Cost Control - Monitor budgets and ensure a smooth transition to full-scale production.
• Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular updates on status, risks and solutions.
• Resource Management - Allocate materials, labor and equipment for readiness.
• Risk Management - Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines or readiness.
• Cross Functional Collaboration - Coordinate among engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, PM, growth, quality and leadership to align pre-production with business objectives.
