Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Experience planning and scheduling for a multi-site operation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules and allocate resources across internal and contract manufacturing facilities to meet delivery commitments, improving quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on-time performance
• Own capacity models and forecasts, including rough-cut and detailed capacity planning and ATP analysis linking orders to inventory
• Identify bottlenecks and stranded capacity across production facilities and distribution centers
• Participate in corporate S&OP process, collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize production
• Lead planning & scheduling workstream for ERP migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA
• Reconcile capacity and labor standards against standard cost variance reporting and analyze data for decisions
