Job summary

Snack Innovations is seeking a Production Manager to lead all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient production of high-quality snacks and compliance with FDA, FSMA, GMP, HACCP.

You will manage production staff, schedule work, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments to meet production goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, FSMA, GMPs, HACCP and food safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
• Direct production supervisors and manufacturing personnel while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while maximizing labor utilization and equipment performance.
• Monitor daily production performance and adjust staffing and workflow to meet objectives.
• Coordinate production priorities with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Shipping, Planning, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and customer requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality and support audits and continuous improvement.
