Job summary

Westlake in Bristol, Tennessee seeks a Production Superintendent to lead a high‑volume extrusion operation. You’ll own production execution, drive safety and performance, and mentor supervisors across shifts.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong people management, problem solving, and a track record of improving safety and efficiency in a production environment. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to meet targets and develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong people leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts.
• Own daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet changing demands.
• Drive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the department.
• Lead safety culture and HSE program execution.
