Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Advanced Production Manager in Augusta, GA, reporting to the Plant Manager. The role leads the Production department, hires and develops a high-performing team, and manages performance and budgets to keep the plant on schedule.

A defined 24-month curriculum prepares the partner to lead a Rental production facility. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Works independently to collate and analyze data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
• Ensures Production systems and processes in assigned area are in place and functioning properly daily.
• Maintains internal communications systems and monitors effectiveness.
• Conducts knowledge management tasks to support others.
• Investigates questions about programs, processes and procedures to understand operation.
