Qualifications
- 3–7 years of plant or process engineering experience in chemical or polymer manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with distillation, reaction, and/or polymer processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control polymer manufacturing and distillation units.
- Plan and support plant startups and maintenance turnarounds.
- Diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production methods to boost yield and efficiency.
- Train and guide operators on best practices.
