Mission Driven Research, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Production Engineer to support the Targets and Countermeasures team of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

You will verify that flight hardware and propulsion systems are designed, fabricated, integrated, and tested to baseline standards. You will review prime contractor processes, conduct technical reviews, enforce compliance with aerospace standards, and participate in MRB/FRB activities, QTPs/ATPs, and supplier IPT meetings to ensure

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• 7+ years supporting missile defense or large DoD programs; STEM background essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AIAA S-113 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Audit designs, drawings, processes, and records to ensure flight-worthiness and baseline conformance.
• Apply AIAA S-113 and related standards to assess ordnance, devices, and subsystems across design and production.
• Participate in baseline reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, FRR) with objective evidence.
