Job summary

Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is seeking a Production Control Clerk to support the EAGLE LSS Contract at Fort Hood, TX. The role requires extensive supervisory experience and knowledge of supply and maintenance management.

The candidate will compile and analyze production data, prepare schedules and reports, and operate automated supply systems. On-site work with exposure to field conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in production control and knowledge of governing regulations and procedures.
• Proficient with supply and maintenance management processes.
• Ability to operate automated supply systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production control functions for the contract.
• Supervise production control team with at least five years of supervisory experience.
• Ensure knowledge and application of applicable regulations and procedures.
• Operate automated supply systems and records management.
• Compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, and product specs.
• Calculate production metrics using computer, calculator, and spreadsheets.
• Prepare production reports and schedules and maintain document files.
• Distribute work tickets and materials to production staff.
• Work overtime as required; endure heat, dust, cold and weather conditions.
• Duties may change at any time.
