Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join the Production category team in the United States. You will report to the Principal Category Manager for Production and provide analytical, tactical, and execution support to the PSCM Production Category Team to deliver category strategies and manage supplier contracts.

Qualifications

• University degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant sourcing, category management, supply chain, or operations support experience; experience supporting production/operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Open Invoice, Ariba, Ironclad and SAP; proficient with Excel and Power BI.
• Interest in applying digital tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, cultures, geographies, and supplier organizations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Principal Category Manager for Production.
• Provide analytical, tactical, and execution support to the PSCM Production Category Team.
• Deliver category strategies and execute supplier and contract management activities.
• Build effective working relationships with Production stakeholders / regional teams, PSCM category teams, and local suppliers.
• Support supplier relationship management, contract compliance, sourcing execution, and category plan delivery.
• Contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant supply chain activity.
• Manage performance reviews with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Use data and analytics to drive insights.
