Job summary

DEVELON North America is seeking a District Product Support Manager to lead product support strategy across our construction equipment portfolio. You will partner with dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams to elevate service, reliability, and lifecycle profitability.

In this role you will analyze warranty and field data, drive continuous product improvement, and develop technical documentation and training materials. Willingness to travel up to 50% and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or 5–7 years in product support or related fields.
• 3–5 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Experience with dealer networks and large equipment fleets preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead product support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, equipment reliability, uptime, and aftermarket performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customers, dealers, and internal teams to resolve complex technical and service issues.
• Conduct dealer evaluations, support onboarding of new dealers, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage dealer relationships by supporting parts and service operations and providing technical guidance.
• Analyze warranty, service, telematics, and field data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Parts & Service teams to improve performance.
• Support aftermarket growth by promoting parts and service programs and optimizing dealer inventory strategies.
• Provide on-site technical support and training for dealers and technicians.
• Develop technical documentation and service communications to improve field effectiveness.
• Incorporate field feedback into product improvements and monitor KPIs and lifecycle costs.
