Accenture Song seeks a senior product strategy leader to guide clients through ambiguity with AI-enabled transformation and product operating model change. You will connect strategy to execution, mobilize cross-functional teams, and shape governance for impactful outcomes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to business development, and deliver strategic recommendations and roadmaps that align customer needs with business goals and technical reality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements or workstreams with Directors, VPs, and C-suite.
• Experience developing product strategies, transformation plans, or roadmaps.
• Strong consulting skills: executive communication, workshops, problem solving.
• Ability to mobilize product operating models with governance and teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI value across product strategy and delivery.
• Familiarity with AI governance, transparency, and responsible adoption.

• Mentor teams and contribute to practice development and BD.
