Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, technology leadership, or related fields.
• Experience owning product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle from concept to optimization.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and technical delivery plans.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, and business teams.
• Executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and release plans.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional product capabilities.
• Lead product discovery, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure performance and impact.
