Key responsibilities include coordinating product transitions into mass production, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that solutions are technically sound and scalable. The expected salary range is between $110,000 to $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical product roles.
• Proven experience leading new product introductions and design-in efforts through production ramp.
• Experience working with OEM customers and/or market-driven product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and technical engagement across OEM accounts and market segments.
• Drive successful new product introductions from concept to mass production.
• Ensure seamless alignment across Product Development, Engineering, and Operations.

Skills

Strong systems thinking and solution architecture capability

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or related field

MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
