Job summary

Venture Global LNG invites an experienced Engineer, Product Service - Rotating Equipment Vibration and Bearing Systems to Arlington, VA. You will lead technical resolutions and drive initiatives affecting OFE performance and reliability across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires in-depth vibration and rotor dynamics knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of managing complex projects using industry-standard tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in LNG or related energy industry.
• Understanding of LNG equipment and operations.
• Proven leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Program and/or project management with Primavera P6 or MS Project knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage KPIs to measure OFE management effectiveness.
• Develop and implement processes for technical solutions across OEM equipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to resolve technical issues with suppliers.
• Oversee root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive risk mitigation and timely, quality project delivery.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior leadership.
