Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years as an individual contributor with 1–3 years in people management.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity attacks, threat analysis, ethical hacking, and system auditing.
• Strong design and development skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication across organizations.
• Experience with medical device cybersecurity regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 Product Security Analysts across cybersecurity activities.
• Drive threat modeling, attack surface analyses, and risk assessments using STRIDE and related methods.
• Oversee compliance with FDA cybersecurity guidance and global medical device regulations.
• Improve and establish security policies and department processes.
• Collaborate with legal, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, software, and other teams.
• Respond to customer concerns, security laws, and product requirements.
• Interface with mechanical, software, systems, and operations teams across the org.
• Mentor and train team members and attract top security talent.
